The recently restored Kleemann House is under Regency Hotel Management's ownership and is open for reservations.

Regency Hotel Management, which is the parent company of Custer State Park Resorts, took over in the beginning of April.
The historic home was built in the 1880's - but, was under major renovations during the past 4 years.
It can house up to 10 people in it's 5 bedrooms and managers say it's perfect for group getaways or events.
Since opening, they've already booked about 30 nights.
Ryan Flick, the operations manager at Custer State Park Resorts, said "I think it's huge for Custer. I think it's one of those things that people would walk by every day and wonder where it used to be. We actually know a few people in town that had grown up in that area and sometimes in that home. So it's really nice to be revitalized in bring something to Custer. It's going to be a nice addition."
The Kleemann House goes for as little as $699 a night during the week and $899 on weekends.
Regency Hotel Management now owns 7 properties in the Black Hills.
