All rooms at Creekside Lodge are Jr. Suites with a sitting area (sofa sleeper & coffee table). Upgrade your stay to a room with a private first floor patio or second floor balcony to soak in all of the sights and sounds of the Park. Walk out to either the hillside view or a creek view.

Lodge Area

The State Game Lodge is a gracious native stone and wood lodge built in 1920 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It served as the “Summer White House” for President Calvin Coolidge in 1927 and was visited by President Dwight D. Eisenhower in 1953. And the Grace Coolidge Creek still serenely winds through the valley today.

The park’s popular Buffalo Safari Jeep Tours originate from the State Game Lodge (check in at: Creekside Lodge). Take an open-air ride into the wilderness in search of bison while our guides tell you all about the park and its amazing wildlife. Check out a cabin map of the State Game Lodge.
