When you book a room, the cost of your room for the first and last night (plus tax) is required as a deposit. Your card will be charged for the deposit at the time of booking. Upon receipt of your deposit, you’ll receive an email confirming your reservation.
If you do not receive a confirmation or your card is not charged by the next business day, please contact us. Your reservation may not be finalized.
We will refund your deposit if you cancel your reservation at least 15 days before the arrival date. There is a $25 cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled less than 15 days before the arrival date will forfeit the deposit—with one exception. If we are able to re-rent the cabin or room to someone else, we will refund your deposit with a $25 cancellation fee.
**Please note that the cancellation policy for the Reunion Cabin, Tatanka Cabin, Cathedral Spires Cabin, Ponderosa Cabin, The Custer Ranch House, and French Creek Ranch's cancellation policy is different than the policy listed here.
